Let's Read aims to promote reading culture and build reading habits among Vietnamese of all ages.
The program was initiated by a group of well-known individuals including Prof. Ngo Bao Chau, Nguyen Quang Thach (social activist), Ta Bich Loan (journalist) and Nguyen Canh Binh (enterpreneur).
(1) Reading Culture Embassador Contest
The contest seeks to find the most potential "reading culture embassadors" under 15 - those possess passion for books and desire to spread the spirit to the community. The contest was first held in Hanoi as "Hanoi Reading Culture Embassador Contest" and will be replicated in other provinces on an annual basis.
(2) 1 million Books
1 million books calls for books donation from all across the country and reallocates those to community libraries and donate to other community projects. We have collaborated and send books to programs like: Com Co Thit, Sach va Hanh Dong, Ivy League Vietnam Library,...

Let's Read signs MOU and send books to Talinpa Talent Incubator Program
(3) Media Engagement
Through online campaigns targeting youth, we engage and inspire community, especially youth, to read more and mobilize books for donation. Our first activity was the campaign Photovoice: Đọc sách thật phong cách (Reading in style) documenting contemporary reading culture, featuring public figures in various fields.

(1) Mobile book bus
The mobile book bus will bring books of different kinds to the most remote areas of Vietnam in order to eliminating the book supply and reading opportunity gap.
(2) Books and vocational guidance in local areas
Series of book donation programs, scholarship award and seminars to encourage reading and learning.
